They have an equally standard Dubbel that i also enjoyed. It was cheaper than most of the flimsy mass marketed lagers they had in most Eastern European stores.Slovak Brewerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17521955713582297416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7443141070426588898.post-12196831137850044072008-11-16T20:48:00.000-08:002008-11-16T20:48:00.000-08:00The Tripel & Radieuse are the ones to try, I r...The Tripel & Radieuse are the ones to try, I reckon.GRK.https://www.blogger.com/profile/03224536268152487570noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7443141070426588898.post-8676950280971139572008-11-15T20:42:00.000-08:002008-11-15T20:42:00.000-08:00Fond memories for me, too, even though by most sta...Fond memories for me, too, even though by most standards it's a pretty ho-hum Belgian ale. Had I not gotten engaged while a glass of Leffe kept me cool in the midst of a killer French heatwave, I don't think it would mean quite so much to me.Robhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02647783153036439028noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7443141070426588898.post-77438507459064093282008-11-15T12:42:00.000-08:002008-11-15T12:42:00.000-08:00This just became available in my neck of the woods...This just became available in my neck of the woods too. I was excited to try it just because it is a well-known belgian beer that I have not tried. I think it is a nice tasting beer but like you said, it could be dried out a little more. My favorite style of beer is Belgian Golden Strong Ale so naturally I would prefer a little extra umph but I think this is a great beer for when you are in the mood for a BGS but want to drink them all night long.Homebrewer Brianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08674430160618337820noreply@blogger.com
